I provide comprehensive and compassionate mental health care to children as young as six years old, teens, and adults. I hold a Masters of Science (MSN) degree from Walden University, and I am a board certified PMHNP. Over the years, I've dedicated myself to helping individuals navigate various mental health challenges and life transitions, always focusing on creating a trusting, supportive, and effective therapeutic relationship. My priority is ensuring you feel truly heard and safe. I use deep, active listening to understand the full context of your life and goals, not just your symptoms. This empathetic approach ensures our collaborative care plan is aligned with who you are. You can expect me to be an authentic, non-judgmental guide. Our first session is a comprehensive initial evaluation where we discuss your history, collaboratively set clear goals, and establish a plan, ensuring you leave with clarity and hope.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During your first medication management session, we'll take time to get to know your symptoms, medical history, past treatments, and what you're hoping to improve. I'll ask thoughtful questions to help understand the full picture of both your physical and mental health, and we'll discuss whether medication may be helpful as part of your treatment plan. You can expect a supportive, judgement free conversation where you will be encouraged to ask questions and share any concerns. Together we'll create a treatment plan that feels safe, informed, and aligned with your goals.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

What stands out about my therapeutic approach is my focus on creating a warm, judgment free space where my patients feel genuinely heard and supported. I combine evidence based medication management with a holistic approach of each person's unique experiences, strengths, and challenges. Rather than taking a one size fits all approach, I work collaboratively with my patients to develop individualized treatment plans that honor their goals, values, and life experiences. I emphasize clear communication, patient education, and empowerment, ensuring you feel involved in every step of their care.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client is someone who is ready to actively participate in their mental health journey and values a compassionate and collaborative approach to care. I work best with those who are open to discussing their experiences and exploring treatment options together. Whether they are navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, or general life stressors, my ideal client is motivated to work toward meaningful, sustainable change with support and guidance, both with or without medication.

I would pick all of the above if I could. She listens and engages. When I have problems explaining or expressing myself, she doesn’t fill in my blanks, yet seems to understand my underlying issues. She is friendly and professional at the same time. As long as I need a therapist, she will be the one I will reach out to.
