Hi ! My name is Jessica and I am happy you’re here . I am currently a clinician in Miami and also work for M-DCPS during the week. I have a daughter and partner who are neuro-spicy, also a small chihuahua to add to the chaos . I want to hear you , and your very important reason for coming to therapy. I like to joke and be silly when appropriate, and very mindful and demure as well ;)
During our first session I want to get to know you and visa versa . I would like for you to ask me questions just as much as I get to hear about you, while providing a safe space.

My ideal client is one who is truly willing to do the work . Whatever that may be for the client .I would love honesty and connect with my clients. The experience can be intimate or deep for the both of us. Other than that , I don’t have perfect client .You are the perfect client . If we bond , you will know!

I use a mix of a Humanistic approach and build on the dynamics of the client. Once we are acquainted, I love incorporating Mindfulness and CBT (MCBT). Together we will work on the client's concerns as well as use stress reduction using mindfulness.
