I have a daughter and partner who are neuro-spicy, and also a small chihuahua to add to the chaos. I look forward to meeting you and walking alongside you during this journey called life. First session
During our first session, I look forward to getting to know you and vice versa. I like my clients to learn about my therapy modalities and how they can align. Strengths
I bring EXTREME empathy, intuition, and humility to my sessions. I bring very deep personal experiences. Most importantly is unlimited positive regard, no matter what has happened. I also add a drop of humor; laughing is very healing :)
Ideal clients
My ideal client is one who is truly willing to do the work . Whatever that may be for the client .I would love honesty and connect with my clients. The experience can be intimate or deep for the both of us. Other than that , I don’t have perfect client .You are the perfect client . If we bond , you will know!
Treatment methods
Humanistic
I use a mix of a Humanistic approach and build on the dynamics of the client. Once we are acquainted, I love incorporating Mindfulness and CBT (MCBT). Together we will work on the client's concerns as well as use stress reduction using mindfulness.
