New to Grow
I strive to create a grounded, compassionate space where clients feel safe enough to explore the deeper parts of themselves while also feeling gently challenged toward growth and change. My approach is warm, thoughtful, and insight-oriented — balancing curiosity, honesty, and practical reflection to help clients make meaningful shifts that can gradually transform the direction of their lives over time.
In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know the important parts of your story, including what brings you to therapy, what you hope will feel different in your life, and any concerns or hesitations you may have about the process. We’ll also explore what feels important for me to understand and honor about who you are so that therapy can feel supportive, collaborative, and aligned with your needs and values.
One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is creating a warm, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel genuinely seen, understood, and safe to explore themselves openly. I bring deep curiosity, a thoughtful and grounded presence, and a commitment to integrating evidence-based approaches with meaningful exploration of clients’ present-moment experiences.
I work especially well with clients who are navigating major life transitions, seeking deeper authenticity, or feeling pulled toward meaningful personal growth and change. My approach is often a strong fit for thoughtful, creative, and insight-oriented individuals who want to move beyond surface-level coping and develop a deeper understanding of themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that shape their lives.

I identify as
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use CBT tools to help clients understand the relationship between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors so that they can begin to notice how changes in one area influence the others. By identifying automatic thoughts, clients can better understand how these patterns shape their emotional responses and drive behavior, which creates more space for intentional and effective change.
Attachment-based
I incorporate attachment-based perspectives into therapy to help clients better understand the patterns, emotions, and dynamics that show up in their relationships. Gaining insight into attachment can create greater self-awareness, strengthen communication, and support healthier, more secure connections with others.
Couples Counseling
I utilize Gottman-informed couples therapy to help partners strengthen key areas of their relationship, including communication, conflict management, friendship, emotional connection, and shared meaning. Using practical, evidence-based tools and interventions, I support couples in building greater understanding, trust, and resilience within their relationship dynamic.
Jungian
I incorporate Jungian perspectives into therapy by helping clients explore deeper patterns, emotions, and unconscious influences that may be shaping their relationships, identity, and life experiences. This insight-oriented approach can support greater self-awareness, meaning, and personal growth while helping clients feel more connected to their authentic selves.
