New to Grow
My name is Przha and I am glad you are here. I was originally born in Iraq and moved to the United States when I was six years old. My whole life I have had a passion helping others. My role is to help you target your problem areas with confidence. Each session, we work through what is important to you.
The first session is an introduction between you and I . I will provide time to tell you about myself and the work I do. There will be time for you to tell me who you are and what you hope to gain in therapy.
My greatest strengths in therapy are I am an active listener, I am flexible and I provide unconditional positive regard.
I like working with adults who are motivated to work on themselves. I am able to help clients who struggle with anxiety, relationship problems, building confidence, and coping skills. I use strength based practices to help clients understand their strengths and work through their areas of growth. I work well with young adults struggling with their identity and role in their lives. I work well with older adults preparing for retirement.
Person-centered (Rogerian)
My experience with Person-Centered therapy I believe has provided my members the most success. I am able to provide strengths-based approach and provide unconditional positive regard throughout. I have aided members in using problem solving skills and helped members to identify their current coping skills to work through their problem areas.
