Angela has a master’s degree from the University of St. Thomas. She is a licensed professional counselor in the state of Texas. Angela worked in public education for 12 years and has served students as an English Language Arts teacher, school counselor, and College and Career Readiness Counselor. Angela has been married to her husband for 10+ years and they have two sons whom they adopted in 2019 through foster care. Angela is passionate about helping people establish boundaries, manage their ADHD and Anxiety, and help people create a life they love.
