Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Over the years,I have seen significant positive changes in my clients, helping them achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being. I pride myself in my ability to conect with my clients and use effective approaches to help clients go from feeling heavy to feeling lighter and able to tackle life challenges with a different perspective.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with clients who are navigating with life's complexities. Whether you are just starting college , a new job or moving to a new city. I love helping clients listen to themselves and process their emotions in order to enjoy the life they have created for themselvs. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their next steps and in our work we get to navigate this together.

My treatment methods

Attachment-based

I use an attachment-based approach to help clients explore how early relational patterns influence their current emotional and interpersonal experiences. By fostering a secure therapeutic relationship, I support clients in developing healthier ways of connecting and regulating emotions.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients develop psychological flexibility by teaching them to accept difficult thoughts and feelings rather than avoid them. Through values-based action, I support clients in building a meaningful life aligned with what truly matters to them.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns that contribute to emotional distress. Together, we develop practical strategies and coping skills to promote healthier thinking, behavior, and emotional responses.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I use Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients build skills in emotion regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness. By balancing acceptance and change, I support clients in coping with emotions healthily

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients explore and understand their internal parts with compassion and curiosity. By fostering internal harmony, clients can heal wounded parts and access greater clarity, confidence, and calm in their lives.
