I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in California and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington State. I am passionate about providing a collaborative approach and empathic understanding of my client's needs. I focus on evidence-based approaches, that are effective at uncovering the root of individuals' struggles and finding solutions. I utilize a Telehealth platform in California and a Hybrid platform in Washington State. In my spare time, I enjoy trail riding my horses and working on my farm. Gardening and skiing are also passions of mine.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

In my experience, CBT works well as a collaborative process to help the client identify unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors, that may hold an individual back from achieving their full potential in everyday life. I will use CBT to help client's improve their emotional well-being by educating them with practical strategies to manage their current challenges and life stressors.
