As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with eight years of experience, I offer a compassionate, judgment-free space where you can explore your emotions, navigate life’s challenges, and reconnect with your inner strength. During our initial session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and build a sense of comfort and trust. You’ll have space to talk about your experiences, challenges, and hopes, and I’ll guide the conversation with care, not pressure. We’ll begin identifying what feels most important to you right now and collaborate on goals that honor your needs. My intention is for you to walk away feeling understood and less alone.
What makes my approach unique is the way I blend mind-body awareness with deeper emotional exploration. I use somatic techniques to help you understand how stress, anxiety, and past experiences live in the body, while also guiding you to gently evaluate the thoughts and beliefs that shape your daily life. Through a psychodynamic lens, we explore the “why” behind your patterns, making space for insight, healing, and lasting change. Together, we work toward helping you feel more grounded, connected, and empowered in your everyday life.
I work best with women who want to better understand themselves and the emotions, thoughts, or past experiences that feel heavy or hard to name. Many of my clients are experiencing anxiety, life transitions, low mood, trauma responses, or a sense of being disconnected from who they truly are. In our work together, I offer a compassionate space to explore these layers at your own pace. My approach centers on helping you uncover your inner wisdom and reconnect with the parts of yourself that feel forgotten or silenced.
I use psychodynamic therapy to help clients understand how their past experiences and early relationships influence their current emotions, behaviors, and patterns. By exploring these underlying dynamics, we can identify the unconscious beliefs or emotional habits that may be keeping you stuck. This insight creates space for healthier coping, stronger boundaries, and a deeper connection to yourself.
I use somatic therapy to help you understand how emotions and past experiences live in the body. With gentle techniques like grounding, breathwork, and nervous system regulation, I help you reconnect with yourself, release stored stress, and feel more present. This work is always guided by your pace and comfort.
