Hey there! I’m Katie. Starting therapy is a huge step, and I want you to know that it’s okay to feel a mix of emotions—empowerment, confusion, or even a bit of fear. You’ve already made a powerful choice for yourself, and I’m here to support you through it. In our sessions, you'll find a warm and welcoming space where we can tackle whatever’s on your mind—whether it's anxiety, depression, self-care, relationship challenges, ADHD, PTSD, trauma, or adjustment issues. My goal is to help you uncover your authentic self, set healthy boundaries, and develop communication skills that enhance your life and relationships. Therapy is about personal growth and creating the life and relationships you truly deserve. If you're ready to dive in, I'm here to support you every step of the way.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In your first session, you can expect a genuine and open conversation. I’ll ask questions to understand your unique situation and needs, and together we’ll start to map out how I can best support you. You’re also welcome to ask me any questions you have—this is a collaborative process, and I want you to feel comfortable and informed from the start.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strengths as a provider are my ability to connect deeply with clients and my openness to using innovative techniques. I excel at creating a supportive, understanding environment where we work together to address your unique challenges. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, or relationship issues, I’m committed to helping you uncover your authentic self and achieve your goals with creative and effective strategies.
