Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, clients can expect a welcoming, low-pressure conversation about what life looks like for them right now—including interests, strengths, and current challenges. We’ll explore what you’re hoping to get out of therapy, begin identifying goals, and create a path forward. I also make space to discuss any questions or concerns you may have about the process.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I show up authentically and fully present with each client, creating a space grounded in empathy, trust, and respect. I care deeply about my clients and strive to make sessions feel safe, supportive, and meaningful. With over a decade of experience in mental health, I bring both passion and skill to the work—and always aim to honor your time and courage in showing up.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I specialize in supporting adolescents, parents of teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. With experience in individual and family therapy, I’m especially equipped to work with teens and their parents around communication, behavioral challenges, and emotional regulation. I also help adults build insight, process difficult life experiences, and reconnect with their strengths in a supportive space.

My treatment methods

EMDR

I am trained in EMDR through EMDR of the Rockies and have found it to be a powerful, evidence-based approach for helping clients process and heal from trauma. I enjoy introducing clients to EMDR and supporting them throughout the process, tailoring the method to their unique needs and readiness. It has been deeply rewarding to witness the meaningful progress clients make using this modality

Strength-Based

In my work with clients, I often see how shame, guilt, and self-doubt can overshadow their potential and hinder progress toward their goals. Through a strengths-based approach, I strive to empower clients by helping them reconnect with their inherent strengths and resilience. I bring empathy and authenticity to the therapeutic relationship, creating a space where clients can recognize and build upon the capacities they already possess.
