New to Grow
My career has been focused on helping people create accepting and positive self images. I enjoy working with children, teens, and families by helping them find emotional processing that is helpful for all. I have enjoyed supporting anyone in the LGBTQIA+ community. I have enjoyed helping anyone with a learning disability, ADHD, and Autism. My focus is to be a guide for those that feel lost in their circumstances.
I enjoy getting to know you in the first session. We will do some introductions. Then, we will move to creating the treatment plan and decided what goal you would like to focus on first. Finally, we will set future appointments so that you know when we will be meeting. I make sure to answer any questions that come up along the way.
I approach therapy as I am a guide to help you find your path. I ask questions in order to see the world the way you do in order to help you find the fastest way to reach your goal. I enjoy working myself out of a job in every session. I will meet you where you are and move at your pace. I will learn how to challenge and provide accountability in a way that is positive for you.
Let me help you connect better with yourself, your loved ones, and help you achieve your life goals. No one can move through life's hurdles on their own. I enjoy helping people connect with themselves in a more positive way while learning communication skills to build stronger connections with the people they love. Helping people where they are in their journey is my focus.
