I am licensed in New Jersey with 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, parenting issues, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!
A typical session might involve helping a client challenge unhelpful thought patterns through CBT, while also exploring deeper emotional patterns rooted in early experiences using psychodynamic insights. At the same time, I might integrate mindfulness-based exercises to build present-moment awareness or use motivational interviewing techniques to support a client in making meaningful behavioral changes.
One of the key strengths of an eclectic approach is its flexibility. If a certain technique or modality isn’t effective, I shift gears. For instance, I may start with CBT but then introduce narrative therapy or solution-focused techniques if a client responds better to those frameworks. My goal is always to remain responsive and adaptive, meeting clients where they are and supporting them in the most effective way possible.

As a therapist, I practice from an eclectic framework, which means I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities to best meet the unique needs of each client. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I integrate techniques and theories from different models—such as cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, mindfulness-based, and systems theories—depending on what resonates most with the client and their specific concerns.
