A little bit about me, I'm a woman, wife, daughter, and mom of two school aged children. I find that parenting space can be so challenging and rewarding all at the same time. Our family has two dogs and a cat. In the spring and summer, in my downtime I am often gardening. I truly love the work that I do.
I am passionate about helping people heal and thrive. I will take a tailored approach to you and what you need from the therapy space. We will take things at a pace that works for you, one step at a time! I enjoy celebrating your wins and will hold space for the struggles.
I mostly work with parents, busy professionals, college students, young adults. Being virtual it allows you to be able to join from the comfort of home. I enjoy meeting people where they are in their process and supporting in creating a space to heal and thrive. I get curious about whole experience that a person has including the biological, psychological, and social aspects that makes us unique individuals. As a person I experience anxiety and it helps me bring a unique perspective to the clients I work with. I enjoy meeting people where they are in their process.

Nicole is an incredible and educated woman. She is very authentic and professional, always leaving me with some advice or work to do for myself. She encourages me to be a better person at my own pace and I love it. Would 100% recommend.
