Hi! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I received my Masters of Science in Clinical Psychology from San Francisco State University and have been practicing for 14 years. I help parents, children and mothers struggling with trauma and life changes. I am first generation Latina therapist, focusing on supporting my clients, focusing on what their needs are.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
Having worked with clients for the past 14 years, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.
I love working with all ages, but I work with children and mothers, as well parents. I also work with adolescents and children who survivors of trauma. My clients tend to be survivors of trauma, as well as postpartum moms . They often feel stuck, overwhelmed, struggling with symptoms of depression and anxiety.

Use motivation theory that helps explores what drives people to work towards a specific goal or outcome. It's an umbrella term that covers a variety of theories, each with its own perspective on what motivates people.
I use Solution-focused therapy as a collaborative, goal-oriented approach that helps clients find their own solutions to problems, assist in better results as it encourages client in focusing on their treatment.
I use Psychodynamic psychology as a treatment and explore psychological forces and how it can influence human behavior, emotions, and feelings. It focuses on unconscious mental forces that drive actions and emotions, and how they may relate to early experiences.
