Christine Albino Swiersz
I am a nurturing therapist who cares about my clients and their therapeutic progress. I have worked with clients ages four to ninety-nine over the past 31 years. My specialties include the treatment of anxiety, depression, stress and grief. I partner with my clients to help them problem solve, grow in skills to negotiate life's challenges and heal from hurtful events to bear the unbearable. I combine psychotherapy/talk therapy with evidence-based neuroscience and holistic interventions such as healthy diet and stress management techniques to assist my clients to grow stronger. We know that all of us can move beyond the limitations and sorrows of life with less confusion and more confidence and peace. I assist clients to obtain the tools and skills which will ultimately assist them to increase their confidence and their personal peace.
First session
Initially, I work with a client to clarify their goals for their time spent in therapy. I assist clients to identify what is most important to them and how to formulate a plan to reach their goals while progressing toward resolution of past issues and growth toward their short-term and long-term therapeutic goals. Clients will take away from our sessions new tools and strategies to assist them to address their concerns while growing a fortified sense of self and peace stemming from the resolution of internal and external stressors.
Strengths
My strengths include working with women who are experiencing anxiety, grief and depression. In addition, I am hard-working and work extra hard to assist my clients to address and resolve their issues and concerns. I am dedicated to my work and to providing a compassionate therapeutic experience for my clients.
