Feeling lost, overwhelmed, or stuck is a deeply human experience. I believe that all people, children and adults alike, carry an inner wisdom that we sometimes fall out of touch with. As your therapist, my role is to help you reconnect with and nurture that innate knowing. If this is your first time in therapy, know that it’s okay to feel unsure. You don’t need to have anything figured out to begin, just come as you are and we will start from there.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During out first session, we will get to know each other, go over the basics of what you can expect, and go through the intake process together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My work is grounded in person-centered, somatic, and strengths-based approaches and I'm especially passionate about working with the LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent communities. I want my clients to feel seen, and I welcome feedback at any stage of our work. Together, we’ll make room for the full complexity of who you are.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I specialize in supporting individuals facing anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem challenges and identity exploration. I also work with children using creative arts and play modalities. Together we can develop coping tools, deepen self-awareness through the mind-body connection, and create a compassionate environment to explore challenging emotions.
