What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
In our first session together, we will explore what you will get out of therapy. Therapy with me is like having a smooth conversation where you get 50-60 minutes worth of "ME TIME" while someone probes you through the best answers.
What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, solution focused, dialectic behavioral therapy (CBT) and talk therapy to assist my clients with their issues. My experience also includes horticulture therapy and personal fitness training (connecting the mind and body).
