During our work together we will process through your feelings so that you can we can get to the deeper meaning of WHY! Why I am I feelings this way? Why do these things keep happening to me? and Why does it feel like I'm going crazy? Processing throught the "Why" can help us get to the HOW! How do I cope with these feelings? How do I get my life back? How do I regain my sanity? I am an experienced professional that has helped many clients over the years in mental health counseling. There is nothing more important to me than your mental and emotional progress. With the use of psychotherapy, I focus on assisting individuals in their journey to healing. Treatment modalities and interventions include but are not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness. All treatment plans and goals will be tailored to each client's individual needs.

I’ve been using CBT in my practice for the past five years. It’s helped dozens of clients challenge reoccurring thoughts and manage their anxiety. We’ll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We’ll then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious and stressed life.
