I am board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, with training and experience treating patients with psychiatric disorders across the lifespan and across practice settings, from hospitals to outpatient clinics. I have over 11 years of experience in the mental health setting. My education includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The Florida State University, a Masters of Science in Nursing, psychiatric nurse practitioner specialization, from The University of South Alabama, and a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from The University of South Alabama. My scope of practice encompasses health promotion and diagnosis and management of both common and complex mental health problems. I am dedicated to collaborating with you to develop a personalized plan of care. I aim to provide quality care in a safe, non judgmental environment. My goal is to establish a collaborative relationship with my client in order to provide the best care possible.
Clients can expect to feel empowered after a session. Clients will end the session feeling that their voice matters.
I believe in a collaborative approach when completing the evaluation and developing a treatment plan.
Active listening, attentiveness, and my ability to connect with patients are a few of my biggest strengths.

I’ve been happy with Dr. Magenta Hall from day one. She helped make my transition from CA. go smoothly (not an easy task). She is prompt and consistent on refills and I really appreciate her attention to my needs. Very pleasant demeanor!
