As a therapist, I am passionate about creating a safe , compassionate, and collaborative space for individuals navigating through anxiety, depression, relational challenges, and life transitions. My goal is to walk alongside clients as they move toward greater self-awareness, deeper connection, and a more authentic fulfilling life. I blend Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with attachment-based, person centered, and compassion focused approaches. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, empowered, and supported as you grow.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session will begin with a brief introduction in getting to know one another and work through your individual counseling goals along with completing an individual assessment, as this will help me identify your individual needs. Along with setting up a tailored plan to meet your personal counseling goals.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to create a space where clients feel genuinely safe by being seen, heard, and supported. I bring deep compassion, and empathy allowing clients to show up as they are-without judgment. I want my clients to feel understood, and able to open up in ways they haven't before, as I hold that trust with great care.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I work best with individual individual adults that are navigating anxiety, mild to moderate depression, and low-self esteem, life transitions, and the often complex dynamics of codependency. Many of the people I support in therapy are thoughtful, resilient individuals who may feel stuck in self-doubt, overwhelmed by people-pleasing, or disconnected from their own needs and voice. Whether you're going through a season of change, healing from past relational wounds, or learning to set boundaries and trust yourself more deeply, I offer a grounded compassionate space to explore, heal and grow.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

In my work with individuals experiencing anxiety and depression I often integrate CBT, as a practical and effective approach. CBT, can help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns and beliefs that can contribute to emotional distress.

Attachment-based

In attachment-based work, I can help clients explore how early relationships and bonding patterns can influence their current emotional experiences, self-worth, and interpersonal dynamics. We can work together to understand the root of these patterns through an attachment lens.

Compassion Focused

In my work, I often draw from the Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), to support clients struggling with shame, self-criticism, or low self-worth. CFT, can help clients develop a more compassionate relationship with most important person which is with themselves.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

At the heart of my therapeutic approach is a person-centered philosophy. I believe that each individual has an innate capacity for growth, healing, and self-understanding. I strive to create safe space rooted in empathy, authenticity and unconditional positive regard.
