In our first session, my priority is to create a safe and welcoming space where you feel comfortable sharing your story at your own pace. I will ask questions to better understand your experiences, strengths, and concerns, but there is no pressure—you are in control of what you share. This initial meeting is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and get a sense of whether my approach feels like a good fit for you. Together, we will begin outlining a plan for your care, always keeping your needs and preferences at the center. My goal is for you to leave our first session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the steps ahead.
