I can assist you to advance through the pain of trauma to develop healthy ways of thinking using an integrative approach along with your strengths.
I utilize an integrative approach incorporating CBT, DBT, Family Systems, Person-Centered, Trauma Focused CBT, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Mindfulness and Crisis Interventions.
My graduate degree is a Master of Arts from Eastern University in Clinical and Community Counseling, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health in the States of Delaware and Pennsylvania. I look forward to working with you to assist you on the path to healing!
