Hello and welcome! I’m a California Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 21 years of experience, and I’m so glad you’re here. My passion is guiding people toward true, holistic wellness—nurturing your mind, body, and spirit as a whole. As a relational therapist, I believe real healing starts with a genuine connection. Our sessions will never feel like a rigid lecture. Instead, think of it as an authentic, collaborative conversation where you are fully seen, safely heard, and deeply respected. Together, we’ll navigate your path forward at a pace that feels right for you.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll start with brief introductions to help us get comfortable with one another. From there, we’ll dive into the specific areas you'd like to focus on, collaborating openly to understand what you're experiencing. Together, we will build a personalized roadmap that outlines clear, actionable goals to actively support your unique journey toward mental health wellness.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

As a therapist, my greatest strengths are my authenticity, compassion, and a genuine love for being of service. I bring over 20 years of experience as a Clinical Social Worker to our sessions, along with a dedication to lifelong learning and deep professionalism. But I also bring my true self into the room—including my own lived experience, a healthy sense of humor, a bit of quirkiness, and yes, the fact that I definitely talk with my hands at times! I believe therapy works best when it feels real, and I welcome you to bring your whole, authentic self to our sessions, too.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working one-on-one with adults who are navigating the twists and turns of life transitions, quietening the noise of generalized anxiety, or rebuilding their self-esteem. The clients who thrive most in our work together are those who show up ready to dive in—not just during our time together, but by experimenting with new insights and tools between sessions, too. If you appreciate a blend of deep therapeutic conversation and practical, real-world tools, we will make a great team. Please note: To keep our focus entirely on your personal growth, my practice does not provide court, disability, or ESA letters.

My treatment methods

Brainspotting

I am passionate about using Brainspotting(BSP) as it is evidenced based and gets to the root of issues. I am fascinated by BSP which posits "Where you look, impacts how you feel". I had my first Brainspotting(BSP) training in 2022 and have seen tremendous results in clients on a plethora of challenges from low self esteem to depression to anxiety to trauma. One of the many things I love about Brainspotting is that it is very adaptable to a persons area that they would like support in moving towards mental health wellness. I have taken specialized BSP courses in Attachment, Self esteem, Shame, and Expansion. Expansion BSP is particularly amazing as it helps one to move towards one's goals in anything such as Performance, Soul, True Self Spots, Correcting Attachment experiences, and moving through Grief. This possibilities are endless!

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) posits that "what you think, impacts how you feel" and the research supports this perspective. Thoughts are just thoughts and thoughts can empower. Together we can explore how thoughts impact feelings/emotions, what happens physiologically, and the behaviours that result.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

Dialectical behavioural Therapy(DBT) is one of my favorite psychotherapy modalities to integrate in sessions as it helps with emotional regulation via the use of CBT and mindfulness based exercises. My clients who experience challenges with managing generalized anxiety, job stress, general stress have all shared how learning and practicing DBT has helped them feel more in control of their emotions while at the same time learning tol turn towards their feelings/emotions and getting curious about their emotions and playing "Mental Health Detective" together to move towards mental health wellness.

Mind-body approach

I meet each person where they are and together we work towards one's mental health wellness. This means, I have several tools in my mental health tool box. Each person is unique. I use a holistic, integrative, approach honoring Body, Mind, and Spirit of the individual client. This includes "top down" (ie CBT, DBT, ) as well as "bottom up" Polyvagal Theory informed, Somatic informed and BSP and Parts work to help you move towards your Mental health Wellness Goals.
