Hi, I'm Jackie. I am a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with 4 years of experience as a NP and 10 years of experience in the mental health field. I have worked in settings including residential programs, acute psychiatric hospitals for both children and adults, outpatient offices, and a crisis walk-in clinic. I graduated in 2011 from UMD with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, in 2012 from Shenandoah University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and in 2019 from Shenandoah University with a Master of Science in Nursing. I see adults with a wide variety of mental health concerns including but not limited to Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Bipolar (I and II), Sleep Disorders, Postpartum Depression, OCD, PTSD, Personality Disorders, Substance Abuse and Eating Disorders. I have an appreciation for how physical and psychological conditions interact to affect mental health. I am compassionate, possess strong clinical and interpersonal skills and place great value in customer service.
I offer integrated medication management and psychotherapy through a holistic and person-centered approach.
I practice psycho-pharm medication management and brief solution-focused therapy.
I work with clients 18 yrs and older with various psychiatric diagnoses.
