Grow Therapy recently attended Going Digital Health’s annual Behavioral Health Tech Conference (BHT2023). The BHT2023 conference took place for the first time in person in Phoenix, Arizona from November 14th-17th, 2023.

Grow Therapy was thrilled to be a sponsor of this premier event for payors and innovators in the behavioral health space. The conference is the largest of its kind focused on expanding access to mental health and substance use care through technology, health equity, and innovation. The event brings together behavioral health providers, digital health companies, investors, policy makers and more to connect for the purposes of advancing access to behavioral healthcare for all.

At the event, representatives from Grow Therapy’s payor-partnerships team met with key representatives from national and regional payors, and made connections with other innovators in the space. The event featured a variety of panels covering a wide range of behavioral health and technology topics and an opportunity for continuing education, as well as awards for innovators in the space.

Highlights of the Event

Young Innovators in Behavioral Health Awards

At the conference’s opening remarks, Jake Cooper, Grow Therapy’s CEO and co-founder, was honored as one of this year’s 30-under-30 in Behavioral Health Tech. Jake’s award recognized his commitment, passion, and innovation in expanding access to mental healthcare for thousands of patients and providers at Grow Therapy. Jake was just one of many esteemed winners doing incredible things in the mental health space.

“Young innovators are rightfully demanding a more central role in defining solutions to problems they see play out in their everyday lives, and their contributions are clearly making a positive impact on mental health across the nation,” said Solome Tibebu, founder and CEO, Going Digital: Behavioral Health Tech.

“We’re beyond proud of this year’s winners of the Young Innovators in Behavioral Health Awards and look forward to providing them with the resources, guidance, and support they need to continue showcasing their ideas and digital solutions that are creating a better, healthier future for everyone.”
