She received a Doctorate degree in Education and Community Care and Counseling with a cognate in Marriage and Family from Liberty University. Tiara serves adults in the following areas: anxiety, depression, and ADHD. For nearly 10 years, She empowers individuals to overcome personal challenges and to improve themselves, create healthy boundaries and relationship challenges.

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 8 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s most challenging transitions. I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, substance abuse and self-esteem. My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based practices, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy , Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based interventions.
