My name is Nikki, I’m a therapist with seven years of experience, specializing in helping clients address anxiety, depression, and trauma. Using EMDR and a personalized approach, I guide clients in overcoming limiting beliefs and building resilience for a more empowered, fulfilling life.
Together, we can navigate life's obstacles, build resilience, and rediscover your inner strength. Taking that first step toward healing is an act of courage, and I’m here to provide the empathy and support you need along the way.
I am a licensed professional counselor in Colorado, Missouri, Georgia, Texas, and Florida (telehealth only in Fl.) and I specialize in helping people overcome substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, and trauma. In my years of experience, I have worked in private practice, community mental health, & state and federal agencies. I received my Master of Arts from Asbury Theological Seminary in Orlando, Florida. I genuinely love what I do and feel helping people overcome, heal, and find peace on earth is a fight worth contending for. I have a plethora of life experience working in construction, food service, and various ministries that adds to my experience.
I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and supervisor who believes therapy should be a place where you can show up as you are. I work primarily with women navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship stress, and hormonal seasons of life. My goal is to help you feel truly known, supported, and equipped to move forward.
I’m Daniel DaSilva, a licensed therapist with over 13 years of experience helping people navigate anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. I work with people who may feel overwhelmed by their emotions, caught in recurring patterns, or aware that something needs to change but unsure where to begin.
My style is warm, compassionate, and down-to-earth. You can be comfortable being yourself, including the parts of your experience that are difficult to explain or share. Originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, I bring an appreciation for how our backgrounds, relationships, and life experiences shape the way we see ourselves and the world.
Together, we’ll explore the emotions, beliefs, and patterns that may be keeping you stuck. This can mean processing painful experiences, learning to respond differently to difficult emotions, or understanding why certain situations bring up strong feelings and unwanted behaviors. We’ll work at a pace that respects your readiness while taking practical steps toward change.
My approach combines evidence-based therapy and deeper emotional exploration. My goal is to help you loosen the hold of past experiences, navigate difficult emotions with greater confidence, and feel more connected to yourself and others.
I’m a small-town woman who has navigated life’s joys, transitions, and challenges, including divorce, raising and caring for a child with special needs, loss, love, and the unexpected turns that are part of being human. These experiences have shaped not only who I am, but also the compassion, perspective, and understanding I bring to my work as a therapist and life and wellness coach.
I have a passion for connecting with real people facing real challenges. I work with individuals who are looking for more than simply a place to talk; they want to better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that may be keeping them from living the life they want. I believe meaningful change begins when we feel safe enough to be honest about where we are and hopeful enough to believe that something different is possible.
My approach is warm, thoughtful, collaborative, and straightforward. I believe in meeting people where they are, without judgment, while also helping them look honestly at what may be preventing them from moving forward. Together, we can explore patterns, beliefs, relationships, and life experiences, while developing practical tools that support healthier choices, stronger boundaries, greater confidence, and lasting personal growth.
I understand that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and I consider it a privilege when someone chooses to share their story with me. My goal is to create a welcoming space where you feel heard, respected, understood, and supported as we work toward greater clarity and a more intentional and fulfilling life.
I would welcome the opportunity to connect with you, learn about your story, and explore how I can support you in moving forward.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll often find me traveling with my children, playing pickleball or mah-jongg, or listening to a good podcast.

Welcome!
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor for the states of Virginia, Kansas, Missouri, and Pennsylvania, and a Licensed Clinical Supervisor for the state of Virginia, with a passion for helping individuals navigate sex and relationship challenges, mental health disorders, personality disorders, grief, and overall mental wellness. My journey in this field began with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, a minor in Psychology from Thiel College, and an Associate’s degree in Business Administration from Germanna Community College. I later earned a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University.
Pursuing excellence, I became a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and a Certified Grief Counseling Specialist and obtained certification in Suicidology. Over time, my clinical focus has naturally evolved towards specializing in personality disorders and becoming a certified sex and relationship therapist.
Known for my transparency, empathy, and a healthy dose of humor, I strive to create a therapeutic environment where clients feel understood and supported. I also enjoy sharing my insights as a contributing author on sex and relationship issues for various online and print publications.
Passionate about the importance of self-care, I love to unwind by hiking and camping in the mountains, soaking up the serenity of the ocean, and cherishing time with my family and friends. Despite having three amazing kids, I am (almost) equally obsessed with being a pet mom to my heavyweight feline companion, Perry, and my loveable, always-happy golden retriever, Murphy.
I offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for you to explore what you're going through. Therapy can be a place to rebuild, reflect, and heal.
My approach is collaborative and compassionate. I listen closely to your needs and goals, and together we’ll work to shift patterns, manage challenging emotions, and develop tools that support lasting change. I believe you are the expert of your own life. My role is to walk alongside you as you navigate it.
Hello! I am Susan. Are you feeling stuck in life and defined by past traumas or mistakes? Do you find these issues affecting your ability to establish quality relationships? Does anxiety or depression feel like a constant companion? It is my goal to meet each individual where they are at in life and learn their story so that we can address the core issues and not just treat the surface symptoms. I work from a strengths-based approach as we identify barriers to progress and create a path forward to overcome those barriers. I love to meet each new client and feel humbled to bear witness to their stories and their healing.
Seeking therapy can feel so intimidating. It takes great courage to face the memories and issues you may have avoided up until now. When we meet, it will be your goals and values that guide treatment. I will allow you to set the pace so that the process feels tolerable. It is one of the greatest privileges of my life to walk with others through hard places. I utilize a variety of evidence-based treatments depending on your needs and preferences. Let healing start now.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 6 years of experience, working with adults, adolescents, and school age children. Hi, I’m Tara. I’m a professional counselor with 19 years of experience helping children, teens, adults, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change.
I became a therapist because I’ve always had a heart for helping people feel seen, heard, understood, and supported—especially during seasons when life feels overwhelming, relationships feel difficult, or you simply aren’t sure what comes next.
My approach to therapy is warm, genuine, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I want therapy to feel like a safe place where you can show up as you are without fear of judgment. You don’t need to have the perfect words or know exactly where to begin. We’ll start where you are and figure out the next steps together.
I work with clients experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship and family difficulties, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, parenting challenges, and communication struggles. I use an individualized approach that may incorporate CBT, DBT, EMDR, trauma-focused therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, and client-centered therapy.
I am also a Registered Play Therapist, and working with children and families is an important part of my practice. I use play and developmentally appropriate approaches to help children express emotions, develop coping skills, and work through experiences in ways that feel natural to them.
One phrase that guides much of my work is “Awareness creates choice.” When we begin to understand ourselves, our patterns, and our experiences differently, we create opportunities to make different choices.
My goal is for you to leave therapy not only feeling better, but also understanding yourself better and feeling more confident navigating whatever comes next.
I'm a board-licensed therapist with extensive experience working with teens and adults. I believe that therapy is characterized by safety, trust, respect, and an emphasis on education and self-discovery. My specializations include working with those who have experienced life-altering anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, substance use, and chronic stress.

Our minds can be our biggest enemies, where our expectations get the best of us. Allow me to collaborate with you in order to unpack your thoughts and emotions to gradually make adjustments to help you become a stronger version of yourself.

I am a licensed clinical social worker supporting children, adults, couples, and families through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, addiction, relationship strain, ADHD, mood disorders, and the emotional impact of chronic or complex medical issues. I offer telehealth care and am licensed in Missouri, Texas, and New Jersey.
I am warm, steady, and down-to-earth. I want therapy to feel safe and collaborative, not stiff or clinical for its own sake. My work is practical and client-centered: we use what helps you most, including evidence-based therapy, family and school-based skills, 12-step support when addiction is part of the picture, and biblical counseling if that is your preference.
My experience includes schools, hospitals, emergency rooms, homes, inpatient and outpatient programs, and community crisis work. I have built programs, supervised students and staff, and trained youth volunteers for a suicide hotline. Those settings showed me how quickly life can change, and how much strength people can find when they are not facing it alone.
I am especially committed to clients who feel dismissed by systems—healthcare, housing, or the justice system—and I stay with the work until there is a clearer, more stable path forward.

Lying awake at 3 AM while your mind replays everything that went wrong. Dragging through another day with pain nobody else can see. Worrying so much your chest is tight before your feet hit the floor. Feeling nothing where you used to feel something.
You've tried pushing through it. Ignoring it. Waiting for it to pass. It isn't working.
I'm Bryan Barry, a licensed clinical social worker with 25 years of experience. I help adults with insomnia, chronic pain, anxiety, and depression — problems that feed each other and rarely resolve on their own.

If you're ready to stop managing and start changing, let's talk. Evening and weekend telehealth in Missouri and South Carolina.

My goal is to help you recognize the strength already within you and learn practical ways to feel calmer and more in control. I am currently licensed as a Professional Counselor in New Jersey and Missouri. My approach has been refined over years for a person-centered focus with young to older adults struggling with multiple issues, such as depression, anxiety and addiction.

Most of all, I am simply just a person.

I’m Andrea Onukwue! It’s a pleasure and privilege to welcome you to Freed Mind Consulting, LLC. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Psychotherapy Privileges licensed to practice independently in the states of MO and NY. I provide individual therapy to adults only.
For the past six years, I've had my full-time private practice. Over the past 20 years, I’ve practiced in a variety of settings and contexts, including as a practitioner, C-suite executive, employee assistance consultant, and senior executive leader. I’m dually credentialed as a psychotherapist and educational leader. I have extensive experience journeying with individuals from all walks of life as they seek greater clarity, wellness, fulfillment, and peace.
My clients describe me as:
Honest, easy to talk to, and highly competent in providing goal-directed care that achieves results. Levity and life application are always an integrated aspect of normalizing the treatment experience.
My approach emphasizes cultivating a free mindset as essential to a healthy, productive, and enjoyable life. It also emphasizes improving communication, managing expectations, and establishing and maintaining healthy boundaries in interpersonal connections.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
Your telehealth session can occur in your own indoor or outdoor private space as long as you have a stable connection, are comfortable, and not operating a vehicle in your state of residence.
I am a mom, wife, friend and therapist. I am passionate about caring for people and meeting them where they are. I use a variety of therapy modalities to care for clients and find that it's best to sit with my clients and understand their needs and goals and then come up with a plan together. I have been a therapist for 7 years and love what I do. I have my Masters in Counseling from Covenant Seminary.
I am a social worker with 25 years of experience supporting clients across the lifespan — from infants and their caregivers to older adults navigating later‑life challenges. My work is grounded in the belief that our thoughts are powerful drivers of our emotions and behaviors. When we learn to understand and reshape those thoughts, meaningful and lasting change becomes possible.
Using Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), I help clients harness the power of their thinking to influence how they feel and act in everyday situations. Many people have been taught to “just change their behavior,” and when that doesn’t work, they blame themselves. I guide clients toward a different approach — one that starts with the mind, not with willpower.
In our sessions, I use analogies, real‑life examples, and practical tools that clients can immediately apply. My goal is for every session to end with one new tool for their toolbox, something concrete they can practice between sessions. And while the work is meaningful, I believe it can also be engaging — even fun — as clients begin to see themselves and the world through a new, more empowering lens.

Hello, I am Cindy! Being a therapist, is more than just a career for me it is a passion. I have been working in the substance use and mental health field for 10 + years. I feel that therapy can be beneficial for all even therapist themselves. I’m looking forward to meeting with you and supporting you on your journey toward recovery. You've built the career✔️
You've shown up for your family✔️
You've handled all the responsibilities, solved the problems, and kept moving forward even when things got heavy✔️
From the outside, it looks like you have it all together; but lately, something feels off. You feel stuck.
Maybe your relationship isn't where you want it to be. Maybe anxiety has become YOUR constant companion. You may be navigating a divorce/breakup, a career change, or simply wondering how you got so far from the person you used to be. The one thing you have the most clarity on is that you've spent years taking care of everyone else, so you know you're capable and resilient. But you also know, you don't want to keep living like 'this.' I help high-achieving adults navigate relationship challenges, anxiety, and life transitions so they can reconnect with who they are, communicate more effectively, and move forward in life with more confidence.
My name is Maya (they/them) and I specialize in understanding the overlapping worlds of queer, neurodivergent, and disabled folks. Please note that I can only provide therapy at this time, I do not offer medication management or testing services.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my rescue pit bull/chow mix. I love crafting, scrolling through memes, and adding treasures to my doom pile. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Tennessee but also licensed in Kentucky. I received my Master's Degree from the University of Louisville. I have over 25 years of experience working clients of all ages in a variety of settings. I currently focus on helping adults and adolescents with difficulties they are struggling with, so they can be the best version of themselves.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology/Counseling from California Southern University, and am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who resides and practices in Missouri. I believe therapy should be useful in your everyday life, not just something we talk about in session, so I focus on helping you understand what’s going on and how to apply it in a real, practical way. I work with men from all backgrounds, including first responders, around topics like stress, emotional expression, substance use, and behaviors that can be difficult to talk about. I understand that there’s often pressure to keep things to yourself.
Stephanie Barkley graduated from Saint Louis University with a doctorate in medical family therapy. She has been practicing for 15+ years. She uses modalities that deconstruct patterns preventing you from reaching your full potential. Sessions with her will bring more insight and self awareness so that you can make changes where needed. Her counseling sessions will help you reconnect with yourself and the present moment and make yourself and your relationships priorities again.
Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. I have worked with the mental health and IDD populations with over 10 years experience. I have a Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Masters Degree in Professional Counseling. I have a passion in helping others find creative ways to manage their feelings and emotions and stay well with learned coping skills.
I help people who feel overwhelmed by anger, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, shame, grief, or difficult seasons of life. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns they do not like: saying things they regret, replaying conversations, avoiding people, feeling like they are failing, or carrying pain that they have tried hard to keep hidden.
Before opening my private practice, I founded Coyote Hill and spent more than 33 years working with foster children, families, and people in crisis. That experience shaped the way I work now: calm, practical, honest, and compassionate. I do not believe therapy should feel mysterious or judgmental. My goal is to help you understand what is happening, why it keeps happening, and what you can begin doing differently.
One line that has stayed with me is, “We are all just walking each other home.” To me, that is part of what therapy can be: a steady place where you do not have to carry everything alone, and where we move toward clarity, healing, and the next right step. We cannot change the past, but we can work on how you respond in the present and how you move forward with more steadiness, self-respect, and hope.

I have worked as a licensed therapist for over 5 years. I currently operate a telehealth based private practice called Clear Mind Counseling PLLC. I am a licensed clinical professional counselor specializing in ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and trauma. I am also trained and utilize Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) to address PTSD and trauma. I am here to help you challenge the negative beliefs and/or thoughts holding you back and replace them with positive beliefs and motivation. I want to help you fight the battles nobody sees you fighting and give you tools to keep on fighting on those hard days.
Anxiety & Sleeplessness
Fear, insomnia, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, we work towards increasing sleep time, decreasing panic or anxiety attacks or symptoms, fully understanding where overwhelming emotions stem from, and how to move towards being your best self.
Relationships
Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held with both partners and is a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship.
Trauma and Healing
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger after post-traumatic events. We work together through these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
I enjoy working with people of all ages and supporting their journey of acceptance, increasing resilience, and improving the quality of their life.
I love getting to know the people that I work with, and with a collaborative and nonjudgmental mindset, together we will identify goals and values, and the barriers that prevent them from getting there.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who has been providing therapeutic services to children and adults since 2015.

I am a board-certified therapist providing telehealth services to clients in Missouri and Oklahoma. I work with teens, adults, high-achieving professionals, creatives, and caregivers navigating burnout, identity transitions, spiritual questions, and emotional overwhelm. My approach is grounded in cultural humility and evidence-based practices, and I welcome the integration of spirituality when it’s meaningful to you. I’m also EMDR-certified, which allows me to support clients in processing trauma and shifting long-held emotional patterns in a deeper, more embodied way. With over a decade of experience, I offer a space that is both grounding and growth oriented.
Because sleep quality is critical to physical and mental health I am passionate about helping people get good sleep.
I received my PhD from Duke University and have been a practicing psychologist for several decades. I work primarily with behavioral sleep medicine because sleep problems are so widespread, and there are not enough specialists to meet the need. I have published several articles and a book on sleep and am the director of the insomnia course for the World Sleep Academy, as well as a member of the Outreach and Public Education Committee, Society of Behavioral Sleep Medicine. I continue working with people with anxiety, depression, and couples issues on a limited basis. The methods I use are evidence-based and trauma-informed. I am also an ordained member of the clergy (rabbi) and consider one's spirituality an important part of treatment for many, though not all, people.
I’ve practiced telehealth exclusively since early 2020. Most people appreciate working this way because of convenience. Therapy is not adversely affected, and I am even able to do hypnotherapy via telehealth.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Missouri and a licensed clinical mental health counselor (LCMHC) in North Carolina who specializes in supporting trauma survivors and individuals who are in life transitions to navigate emotional healing, identity transitions, and relationships. In my work, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy to help you connect with your inner self, challenge negative self-talk, and reframe thoughts that keep you questioning yourself. I offer a warm, safe, and collaborative space where you are seen and heard.

I’m Waverly, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker- Supervisor, though most of my family and friends call me “Waves.” The nickname has always felt fitting because I believe life moves in waves. Sometimes it is calm and steady, and other times it can feel overwhelming and difficult to navigate. My role as a therapist is to help you find steadiness even when the waters feel rough. I bring warmth, patience, and evidence-based practices into each session with the goal of supporting you as you build resilience and work toward emotional well-being.
I am an LPC with 15 years of experience working with children, teens, adults, couples and families. I provide individual, couples and family counseling for those seeking growth, change and insight. I believe in person centered care and my goal is to provide you with an individualized approach to your needs. Welcome — this is a space where you can be honest, seen, and understood. I’m Shakea “Kea” Roper, LCSW, and I bring 15 years of clinical and life experience to our therapeutic partnership. If you’ve ever felt stuck, overwhelmed, or burdened by cycles that just won’t shift — I see you.
I specialize in helping people manage anxiety, depression, racing or intrusive thoughts, life transitions, and relational struggle. My style is active, grounded, and rooted in both compassion and challenge. Many clients say: “Kea listens like no one else — and she’s not afraid to stretch me when I need it.”
I integrate evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused, Strengths-Based, Brief Therapy) along with more specialized models:
Making Sense of Your Worth (MSoYW): an 8-week group curriculum developed by HALO Project where we explore and heal the internal “lies” we believe about ourselves, rebuild toward positive self-worth and secure attachment.
Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT): a structured, cognitive-behavioral system where we work through step-by-step exercises to enhance reasoning, decision-making, and a healthier identity (beyond self-destructive or impulsive patterns).
I also actively engage in community work, and I’m currently pursuing my doctorate (which continues to deepen my perspective and rigor). Outside of sessions, you’ll often find me at board game night, crafting, or spending time with family.
It’s an honor to walk alongside you. Nelson Mandela said, “Everything seems impossible until it’s done.” Let’s work together toward the possible.
I’m currently accepting clients in Pennsylvania, Missouri, Kansas, Utah, North Dakota, and Nevada.
You are overwhelmed, overthinking everything, and overfunctioning just to keep things afloat. You are the one everyone relies on, but you are exhausted. You have gotten used to carrying everything for everyone, and if we are being honest, it is costing you your peace, your energy, and often yourself.
If this sounds familiar, it is because I hear it all the time. It reflects the lived experiences of most of the clients I work with. In our sessions, we won't just talk about what is happening. We'll get honest about what's driving it and we work to change it. I'll help you notice the patterns that are keeping you stuck and challenge them in real time so that you can build something more sustainable in your actual day-to-day life.
I am passionate about providing services to those who want to take that step forward to begin their journey to healing. I’m a therapist based in Missouri who works with teens and adults navigating anxiety, self esteem, depression, and the effects of trauma. Outside of therapy, I’m a proud dog mom who loves rollerskating, music, and movement whether through dance or fitness.
Hi, I'm **Christian Jené Williams, LPC**, a licensed professional counselor dedicated to helping children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigate life's challenges with compassion and authenticity. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, play therapy, and other trauma-informed interventions. Whether you're working through anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, behavioral challenges, or simply seeking personal growth, I'm here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
Many of the women I work with are extremely capable and successful in their careers, yet they feel frustrated that food seems to be the one area of life they cannot fully control. Emotional eating often develops as a response to stress, exhaustion, or emotional overload. In our work together we explore the deeper patterns driving these behaviors so you can develop a healthier relationship with food and feel confident in your body again. I also provide specialized coaching programs for clients who want to go deeper into transforming their relationship with food and building sustainable health habits. Using my signature Release It Now!TM 5-Step Process, I help clients heal from the inside out — restoring peace, self-worth, confidence, and emotional resilience.
When you heal the emotional roots beneath your behaviors, lasting freedom follows.
How I Help: The Release and Heal It Now!TM 5-Step Process

Hi, I'm Jonni Allen, from Houston, Texas, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and an Advanced Mediator. I received my masters degree from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC and my law degree from Washburn University in Topeka, KS. I started Pink Rose Therapy to help women reach their full potential. I approach individual therapy as a partnership, where you and I both work on your treatment plan goals and checking in with how effective our work together is going. Each person is unique and has specific needs. Typically, I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques to challenge your current assumptions about your situation.
I specialize in people experiencing anxiety, adjustment concerns around life transitions, and personality disorders. I am trauma informed and can help you realize how past traumas are impacting your mental health today, and strategies to cope better and calm the mind and body.
I am a single mom to three children one adult, and two elementary age.
I am a therapist who supports adults, adolescents, and children as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward meaningful change. My approach is grounded in the belief that growth often begins in moments of discomfort, and learning to sit with that discomfort can open the door to deeper insight and transformation.
I help clients explore new ways of thinking, understand their patterns, and take intentional steps toward the life they want a pace that honors their humanity. I view healing as a journey rather than a race, one that requires grace, patience, and a willingness to embrace the messy parts of forgiveness and self‑discovery.
My role is to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and a strengths‑based lens as you build resilience, purpose, and a more grounded sense of self.
