I will like to take this opportunity to introduce myself as a licensed mental health therapist. I want to tell you a little about myself and my fieldwork experiences. I worked in this field for several years, along with various training, to assist clients in different areas. In the last several years, I worked in a mental health hospital with adolescents, substance abuse, and crisis intervention in various settings. People with trauma, depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia were some of the people I helped at work. I worked with individuals on career choices to increase their career paths to maximize success. I support individuals in their desire to become independent, and I do this by helping them identify their true potential.
I am a licensed clinical social worker in FL, Idaho, Virginia; licensed independent clinical social worker in Massachusetts, Minnesota, and Rhode Island.
I graduated from Barry University in 2014 and have been working within the mental health and hospital field since.
I enjoy helping others overcome the challenges life throws at them. With the right mindset, support and environment, I believe change is possible.
I provide psychotherapy services to individuals in a collaborative, supportive, and safe environment.
Hello! My name is Jodie and I am a licensed mental health counselor and a licensed marriage and family therapist in Washington and Idaho. I have been working in the field of mental health since my undergraduate work in 1998. I live in the Seattle/Tacoma area but meet with clients from all over Washington and Idaho seeking online counseling to decrease their anxiety, stress, and adjust to life's challenges.
I’m a licensed therapist with over 18 years of experience helping adults navigate burnout, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. I work with high-functioning individuals who often appear to have it together on the outside but feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck beneath the surface.
Many of my clients are used to pushing through, taking care of others, and managing everything on their own—until it stops working. They come to me looking for more than just coping strategies. They want to understand what’s driving their patterns and experience real, lasting change.
My approach integrates EMDR, parts work, and nervous system-focused therapy to help you move beyond surface-level solutions. Together, we work to reduce overwhelm, process unresolved experiences, and shift the patterns that keep you feeling stuck.
The impact of this work is more than symptom relief. Clients often begin to feel calmer, more grounded, and clearer in their decisions. They develop a stronger sense of self, improved boundaries, and a greater ability to navigate stress without becoming overwhelmed.
My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and able to make meaningful progress at a pace that feels right for you. You don’t have to keep doing this alone—change is possible, and it can feel more sustainable than you might expect.
Over the past 18 years, I have had the pleasure of working with diverse populations including Serious Mental Illness specializing in trauma and personality disorders, Addiction including those involved in the Criminal Justice System and Child Protective Services, LGBTQ, and Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Four of those years were spent in a hospital Emergency Department, which focused primarily on crisis interventions. I earned my Master of Social Work Degree from University of Southern California with an emphasis on children and families and have certifications in Trauma Informed Care, American Society of Addiction Medicine, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
I’m Michael, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and Substance Use Disorder Professional with a background in crisis work. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and substance use concerns. My style is supportive, practical, and nonjudgmental. I help clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and take realistic steps toward feeling more grounded, confident, and in control of their lives.
Hi, I'm Amber.
I believe many of us spend years trying to find where we belong.
Along the way, we learn how to adapt. We become who others need us to be, who our families expect us to be, who our workplaces reward us for being, who our relationships require us to be, or who feels easiest to love, understand, accept, or choose. Sometimes we become the peacekeeper. Sometimes the achiever. Sometimes the caretaker. Sometimes the one who stays quiet. Sometimes the one who becomes whatever is needed to maintain connection, acceptance, or belonging.
Over time, it can become difficult to tell which parts of us feel genuinely ours and which parts developed in response to fear, loneliness, rejection, expectations, workplace demands, relationships, or the longing to be seen, understood, valued, accepted, and chosen.
If you've found yourself asking questions like, "Why do I always feel different?", "Why do I feel like I don't quite fit?", "Why am I never chosen?", "Who am I beneath everyone else's expectations?", or "What parts of me no longer feel like mine?", you're not alone.
I work best with adults navigating life transitions, grief, relationship challenges, identity shifts, or seasons of feeling disconnected from themselves. My work focuses on helping people explore these questions with curiosity and compassion, reconnect with the vibrant, authentic, parts of themselves that may have been buried beneath years of adaptation, and cultivate a stronger sense of belonging to themselves.
I don't believe my role is to tell you who you are. I believe the most meaningful answers are rarely given to us. They are uncovered. My role is to help you slow down, become curious about your story, listen more closely to your voice, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been there all along.

Hello there! Take a deep breath. It's not easy finding the right therapist. I have been on the other side of the therapy desk and know how hard it is to open up to a stranger. It's okay if you are anxious about it, I understand this. I have provided therapy for almost 20 years and have been in the mental health field for over 25 years in a multitude of settings - schools, prisons, outpatient and inpatient facilities. I've been in private practice for about 8 years. If you need just a few sessions to gain just a few tools to help over a rough patch, we can collaborate on that. Or, if you are ready for a major change in your life to address some serious problems, we can work on that, as well. My approach is collaborative, meaning, you and I are a team to work towards a solution for your current challenges.
I have lived a long and colorful life. Like everyone else, I've made good and bad choices and learned from each. I have 22+ years experience in the mental health and substance abuse treatment field. I DO NOT JUDGE, AT ALL, PERIOD. I can be both blunt and gentle as appropriate. My role is to offer another perspective, a way to see life more fully and function better, no more, no less. I don't pretend to have all the answers but only one slice of wisdom. I just share what can help someone. Some people are not yet ready to be helped. Yet for those who are feeling lost on life's journey and are willing to listen and learn, I'm here to assist. My life work can be summed up in three words, "offering people hope. "
