Hi, my name is Dr. Angela Noe, but you can call me Angie. I'm a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in ADHD, depression, bipolar disorder, anger and emotion dysregulation difficulties, communication skill development, the development of coping skills to help with adjusting to life stressors, and psychological testing.
Therapy clients tend to describe me as down to earth, nonjudgmental, direct, and never boring. I'm also the type of therapist who doesn't mind cursing, and I make frequent references to memes. My therapy dog Diamond will make an appearance during sessions, too :)
Background: I earned bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice, and a minor degree in Women’s Studies from Stockton University in Pomona, New Jersey. I then earned a master’s degree in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York City, followed by a master’s and doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I completed my postdoctoral fellowship at Stone, McElroy, & Associates in Smyrna, Georgia. My work here included pre-employment psychological evaluations with police and public safety candidates, post-critical incident debriefings, fitness for duty evaluations, and fitness for duty consultations. I also conducted psychological evaluations with reality television cast member candidates, coping skills trainings with reality television cast members, and a mental health first aid training program designed for reality television production crew members. Prior to this, I completed my clinical internship with Nystrom & Associates in New Brighton, Minnesota where I conducted psychological evaluations with children, adolescents, and adults referred for a variety of reasons. I also provided mental health services to adolescents and individuals referred by the courts for anger management and/or substance abuse.

I have 7 years of experience as a licensed psychologist working in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, medical clinics, and private practice settings. I completed a Masters degree in psychology from Pepperdine University and a doctorate in clinical psychology from George Fox University. I taught undergraduate psychology courses at the university level and have lectured and presented workshops internationally. I speak English and Spanish fluently.
My ideal clients are adults who feel stuck in patterns they can't seem to break — anxious attachment, low self-worth, toxic relationship cycles, and family dynamics that follow them everywhere. They're tired of abandoning themselves to keep the peace. What they're looking for is real and lasting change: healthier boundaries, genuine self-trust, and relationships that finally feel safe and reciprocal.
Hi there, my name’s Ephraim Tokar. I'm a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 20+ years of experience. My specialties consist of relationships, men’s issues, career counseling, and psychosomatic illnesses. I received my Bachelors degree in Child Psychology, working initially with the adolescent population before transitioning over to adults. I then received my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy. Whether it's individuals or couples, I'm happy to get to work with whomever comes my way. I do my best to facilitate a warm, trusting environment. Looking forward to meeting with you soon!
You are here hoping to find that therapist who stands out to you because you want to find someone who can help you. The search can be overwhelming for some. Most of the profiles of therapists are going to say similar things. Most of which should be standard like brakes on a car.
I cannot promise I'm the right one for you. Here is what I can tell you about my approach. I believe in being practical which means I will not use a lot of psycho-babble or fancy strategies. I have a tendency to be blunt. My wife says I'm the "bluntest politest man" she has ever met. I'm going to be real with you.
I love couples/marriage counseling, and that is my main focus. However, about half of my clients have always been individuals. Some people just need a place to vent. Others need help solving a problem, and most people need a little of both.
I know therapy might be a little intimidating or even scary to some. Try to think of it as a massage for your brain. It's a place where you can say whatever you want guilt-free.
