If you are a creative soul, an artist, a writer, an actor, a performer, or even a unique individual looking to tell your story in this world and are looking for wide ranging help in areas of life and artistic expression I believe you are in the right place. My name is Michael and I started SCENE Creative Life Solutions because I believe “Self Conscious Evolution Nurtures Everybody.” My artwork has been exhibited in New York City, Los Angeles, Seattle and has been featured in a variety of publications. I recently finished a novel and am close to completing a screenplay. WITHOUT OUTLETS FOR ARTISTIC EXPRESSION OUR LIGHT BECOMES DIM. As I worked on my undergraduate concentration at University focusing on the psychology of art and artists. My focus grew for working with individuals with a creative passion. That brought me to the USC where I graduated with a Masters Degree which allowed me to work in Mental Health Private Practice in New York where I have helped people from all walks of life overcome depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, drug addiction, self worth issues, and relationship discord in order to fulfill their life’s purpose. Many of my clients are fine artists, members of the entertainment industry, as well as writers and performers of all genres. I believe after we talk for the first time you will see my passion for helping people, expressing one’s self, and overcoming struggles and barriers life has presented. I look forward to meeting with you, discussing your needs, and providing you with solutions to your concerns.

I feel my strengths as your provider include a blend of empathetic understanding and strength-based problem-solving skills. I understand and specialize in unraveling the intricacies of your individual struggles. Grounded in empathy, I will guide you through the labyrinth of co-occurring disorders, including anxiety, depression, substance abuse and trauma. My expertise extends to the delicate realm of inner child work, fostering healing and growth. Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a widely used and effective form of psychotherapy that focuses on the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. It is based on the premise that our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are interconnected, and changing negative thought patterns can lead to changes in emotional well-being and behavior. Although I use a multitude of interventions, I do enjoy using CBT in order to identify unhelpful thought processes and create a dynamic for clients to rewire those negative thought cycles.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Mindfulness-Based Therapy draws inspiration from traditional mindfulness meditation practices and integrates them into therapeutic techniques to help individuals manage various mental health challenges. I enjoy using mindfulness-based therapy with a variety of issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, self esteem, and trust.

Trauma Informed Care
