In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our initial visit will be between 45-60 minutes, whereby we will discuss your present symptoms and history in order to develop a diagnosis (or diagnoses), and then we will develop a treatment plan together that works best for you. Follow-up visits will be approximately 30 minutes and can be scheduled as frequently as necessary according to your needs. My primary goal is for you to leave our sessions feeling confident that we are moving in the right direction towards feeling your best.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I've been trained by highly-qualified professionals in the area of psychiatric/mental health nursing and have experience treating clients in both the community and private office settings. I pride myself in being a holistic, warm, open-minded, and affirming provider in my practice. I am able to connect with clients on a personal level, as building trust and encouraging active participation in their own care is crucial to achieving positive psychiatric outcomes.
