I’m a compassionate and collaborative therapist specializing in the treatment of OCD, anxiety disorders, and mood disorders. I work with individuals who feel stuck in cycles of intrusive thoughts, overwhelm, self-doubt, or emotional exhaustion, helping them build practical tools for lasting change. My approach is grounded in evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and mindfulness-based strategies, while always tailoring treatment to each person’s unique experiences and goals.
I believe therapy should feel supportive, nonjudgmental, and empowering. Together, we create a space where clients can better understand their patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and move toward a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and connected. Whether you’re navigating persistent worry, obsessive thoughts, panic, low mood, or life transitions, my goal is to help you feel more confident, resilient, and hopeful in your daily life.
My greatest strengths as a therapist are creating a warm, supportive environment where clients feel genuinely heard and understood, while also providing practical, evidence-based strategies that lead to meaningful progress. I also value collaboration and authenticity in the therapeutic relationship. I strive to meet each client where they are, tailoring treatment to their individual needs, personality, and goals. My approach is grounded in curiosity, nonjudgment, and a strong belief in each person’s capacity for growth and healing.
Exposure Response Prevention (ERP)
Help people reduce anxiety by deliberately confronting fears without performing compulsive rituals.
Family Therapy
As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I approach therapy through a systemic lens — understanding that individuals do not exist in isolation. I help clients explore patterns within relationships, improve communication, and shift dynamics that may be contributing to distress. Together, we identify interaction cycles, strengthen connection, and build healthier, more supportive family systems.
Motivational Interviewing
I use Motivational Interviewing to help clients explore ambivalence and strengthen their internal motivation for change. Rather than directing or persuading, I collaborate with clients to clarify their values, identify discrepancies, and build confidence in their ability to move forward. My role is to create a supportive space where change feels self-driven and sustainable.
