New to Grow
Hi, I'm Aly, I look forward to having the opportunity to help you on your journey to wellness. As a Mental Health Counselor, I have been able to help teens, adults and couples as they navigate some of life's greatest challenges. Some of these challenges have included anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, trauma and panic disorder. Together we have been able to work toward a place of healing and growth. I have worked with a variety of clients over the last 9 years. I received my master's in counseling in 2015 and worked with adolescents for 7 years.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step — and I want you to know that you're not alone in it. Our intake session is a gentle beginning, designed to help you feel safe, heard, and in control of your own pace. We’ll spend time getting to know what brings you in, what’s been feeling heavy or stuck, and what you’re hoping for in our work together. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as feels right. I’ll ask a few guiding questions to understand your story, but you’ll always have space to lead the conversation. Whether you’re coming in as an individual, or couple, my goal is to meet you exactly where you are — with compassion, curiosity, and zero judgment. Together, we’ll begin shaping a path that feels supportive, empowering, and tailored to your needs. You don’t need to prepare anything. Just come as you are.
I bring a grounded, compassionate presence to therapy, creating a space where clients from all walks of life feel seen, heard, and supported. My ability to connect across diverse backgrounds allows me to tailor each session to the unique needs and values of the individual in front of me. Whether someone is navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, or life transitions, I meet them with empathy, curiosity, and respect. My goal is to foster emotional safety and collaboration, helping clients feel empowered to explore, grow, and move toward meaningful change.
In my practice I specialize in a cognitive behavioral approach as well as well as solution-focused therapy. I know one size does not fit all so I work with my clients to find what modality suits them. I pride myself on creating a calming, safe, and sometimes humorous environment where my clients are free to express themselves in whichever way feels best. I am confident I can help individuals feel stronger and fulfilled when they leave our sessions.

I enjoy the many tools that DBT therapy can bring to a session. Whether it's through mindfulness or other skills based options, DBT has great things to offer.
