For those dealing with stress related to relationships, I will help you to identify both strengths and where you would like to see improvement to create healthier relationships. For those dealing with anxiety and depression, I will help you to identify the contributing factors and find ways to cope with your symptoms to improve your quality of life.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients reframe negative thought patterns. I also use it to see how clients' thoughts, emotions, and behavior are intertwined and affect one another.

Strength-Based

I utilize strength-based treatment methods by helping clients recognize what strengths they have. I also help clients to see their strengths in situations where it might be difficult to identify.

Supportive

I utilize supportive treatment methods by providing encouragement and being understanding of clients' backgrounds and situations.
