New to Grow
Whether you’re healing from the past, exploring identity, strengthening relationships, or growing into a more authentic version of yourself, I like to create a calm, compassionate presence for clients, where you have a space that helps you feel safe, seen, and supported. Even though I have 20+ years of experience, I am passionate about staying current and always learning new things by making sure I invest time in updated research and ongoing training. I view each individual, couple or family unit I work with as unique, therfore I structure an approach that is specific to you and for our work together. I do this through integrating approaches like Imago dialogue, Gestalt techniques, and the Gottman Method in our relationship work together.
I would love to gather information on what brings you in today as well as some of the history that may be reliant to how we got here.
I have 22 years of experience working in the field and have worked with all types of people. I like to go deep. I am not a surface level type therapist.
I offer an affirming, nonjudgmental space for people of all identities and relationship structures, including those who are gender-fluid, queer, and/or in polyamorous or nontraditional relationships. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and paced with care, with an emphasis on attunement, curiosity, and respect for each person’s lived experience. I am here to hold space for your life, your story and your experience.
Attachment-based
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) offering attachment-based, somatic therapy grounded in nervous system regulation. My work integrates relational and body-centered approaches to explore how early attachment experiences shape current patterns of stress, connection, and emotional response. In our work together, I support you in developing awareness of your internal experience—thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations—so we can better understand how your nervous system responds to both past and present challenges. Using somatic practices, I help you build capacity for regulation, resilience, and a deeper sense of safety within your body. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and paced with care. I prioritize attunement and curiosity, creating a space where lasting change can emerge through both insight and embodied experience.
