I have been specializing in EMDR and yoga for trauma to help my patients get in touch with their body and mind through various sensory stimuli and movement. I am very skilled in helping those struggling with addiction to substances or behaviors to find ways to reach remission and stabilize their condition. And lastly, I am on a mission to help my clients improve the quality of their relationships with self and others so they can strive and reach the quality of life they deserve.
