I’m the kind of therapist who will roast you on the couch and leave you feeling grateful for it. That means I’ll be warm, compassionate, and deeply invested in your healing—but I won’t hesitate to call you in when it’s time to grow. I believe therapy should be a place where you're not just seen and heard—but also challenged, supported, and reminded of the power you already have. My role isn’t to fix you (you’re not broken), and it’s not to sugarcoat things either. I’m here to help you face the hard stuff with honesty, courage, and a little humor along the way.I’m the kind of therapist who will roast you on the couch and leave you feeling grateful for it. I’m direct, expressive, and real. Whether you're navigating trauma, relationships, identity, or feeling stuck, I’ll meet you with authenticity and challenge you toward growth. If you’re ready to face the discomfort that often comes with growth, and if you’re open to being nudged (sometimes gently, sometimes boldly), we're probably a great fit! Let's talk!
I’m the therapist who’ll lovingly call you out, hand you a DBT tool, and cheer you on while you face the hard stuff. I blend depth, humor, and evidence-based care—so you’ll feel seen, stretched, and supported. Growth isn’t always comfy, but I make sure it’s honest, empowering, and never boring.
I blend Existential and Multicultural frameworks with evidence-based tools like EMDR, IFS, and the Gottman Method (for couples who want more than clichés). I also draw from DBT to build regulation and resilience—because deep emotional work goes smoother when you’ve got tools in your back pocket.
EMDR
Trained in EMDR levels 1 and 2. I use the full phase model with cases of trauma, OCD, low self-esteem, and anxiety
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use concepts and worksheets to facilitate the use of cognitive reframes
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Trained in IFS. Used to varying degrees depending on difficulties. Most commonly used to treat trauma
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
I use concepts and worksheets to facilitate the development of emotional regulation skills and cognitive flexibility
