I strongly believe this approach takes less time, saves money, and gets to your desired outcomes for therapy sooner, so much so, that I invested the time and money to obtain level 3 certification and attend regular training and practice calls with other SFBT clinicians so that I can perfect how I ask those questions. Together, through online therapy, you will learn how to take care of you, listen to your body and heart. We'll focus on your strengths, identify your best hopes, and build on the positive steps that you probably already know you can take.
