Hi there! I'm Chrystal, a licensed clinical social worker in the states of California, New York, Pennsylvania and Florida with over 13 years of experience as a clinician. I received my Masters of Social Work from the University of Michigan in 2006. I love helping clients of all ages become the very best version of themselves through out sessions together.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, relationship issues, career challenges, and anxiety disorders including Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and agoraphobia. I have also helped those who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.
I love working with people of all ages who are coping with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and life transition. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious. Therapy can help with this!
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
We will work to identify and modify negative thoughts, emotions, beliefs and behaviors by first developing a treatment plan that will suit your specific needs.
