New to Grow
Hi, I'm Olivia. I'm a therapist who shows up as a real person who is warm, honest, and uses humor when it helps. I work well with people who think and feel deeply, get easily overwhelmed, or have always felt a little different from everyone around them. My approach is grounding, collaborative, very human, and centered on helping you feel understood.
A first session with me is simple and low pressure. We talk about what has been going on for you, what brought you in, and what you hope might feel different. You can share at whatever pace feels comfortable. My goal in that first hour is to understand you, get a sense of what you need, and make sure you feel heard and supported as we figure out next steps together.
My strengths include pattern recognition, using humor and authenticity to make things feel less heavy, and helping people understand themselves in a way that feels grounding and eye opening. I work well with deep thinkers, highly sensitive people, and anyone whose inner world feels intense or complicated. I help you connect the dots, understand your reactions, and make sense of what you are experiencing.
I am the best fit for adults who are highly sensitive, burned out, or stuck in cycles of overthinking and emotional overload. I often work with neurodivergent adults with ADHD, autism, or OCD, and with people who have complex trauma. If you feel deeply, analyze everything, or have been told you are too much, you will likely feel understood with me.
I integrate attachment-based approaches to help clients understand how past relationships affect how they feel and connect with others today, and support them in building healthier, more secure relationships with themselves and others.
I use EMDR to help clients process painful experiences, reduce emotional distress, and feel more grounded and in control.
I use IFS/parts work to help clients understand the different "parts" of themselves, calm inner conflict, and build more self-compassion.
I use existential therapy to help clients explore questions about identity, meaning, and direction so they can feel more grounded and intentional in their lives.
