My goal is to guide you in your journey. I will meet you where you are, and we will work towards your goal together. Self-compassion is often hard to come by, but it is necessary in every life. It is important to love oneself in order to be present for those that we love. I am bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I offer a judgement free space for healing and growth. My mission is to empower you to find your place of serenity.
