Hello and welcome! Thank you for stopping by. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Southern California and have been practicing for 25 years. I have worked with a variety of clients - children, teenagers, adults and older adults. My type of client is some who wants to live a better life by addressing and supporting their mental health. In our first session, we will introduce ourselves and discuss what brought you to therapy. I will be asking a lot of questions and more questions, which usually takes a few appointments. The reason for so many questions is that I want to know what challenges and goals you want to work on. We will discuss if we are a good match! If we are, then we can chat about how often we will see each other. Then, the journey to a healthier life begins!
I am a great listener and talker! I listen when it is the right time and talk when it is the right time too. We can work together to see what it is you need from me as your provider.

I use an integrative approach in which I blend different but complimentary modalities in order to work with my clients in the most effective way. This approach allows the therapy to be tailored to the individual needs and styles of each client.
