First session
In our first session, we will introduce ourselves and discuss what brought you to therapy. I will be asking a lot of questions and more questions, which usually takes a few appointments. The reason for so many questions is that I want to know what challenges and goals you want to work on. We will discuss if we are a good match! If we are, then we can chat about how often we will see each other. Then, the journey to a healthier life begins!

I am a great listener and talker! I listen when it is the right time and talk when it is the right time too. We can work together to see what it is you need from me as your provider.
