I am a Chinese-Filipino American Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California. After graduating with my BA in Psychology from California State University Fullerton, I made the decision to pursue an education and certification from Lumia, a wellness/life coaching school. I received my masters from the University of Southern California and have since been practicing as a Psychotherapist. I help adults seeking to raise their quality of life by understanding their minds, their behavioral patterns, and their inner strengths. My goal is to help others learn about how their brain works, as well as establish routines and structure to assist with improving their day to day.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll built some rapport and get to know each other. Before jumping into going over your history, I can answer any questions you might have about therapy and/or how I practice. We'll go into the specifics about what brought you to therapy and how I can support.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I feel my greatest strength as a therapist is being able to take really dense clinical concepts and make them much more digestible and easy for everyone to understand. In addition, I feel as though being able to give people actionable steps helps people to feel more empowered.
