New to Grow
I am a licensed clinician in Pennsylvania with over five years of professional experience supporting individuals and families. I work with clients navigating stress and anxiety, pregnancy and birth experiences, infant mental health, family conflict, parenting challenges, and concerns related to motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I believe you are the expert on your own story and that you already possess many of the strengths needed to help you overcome life’s challenges. Taking the first step toward a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage, and I am here to walk alongside you and support you throughout your journey.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
The first session is an opportunity for me to get to know you, clarify your goals for therapy, and talk about your expectations for our work together.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My greatest strength as a therapist is my nonjudgmental, collaborative approach. We work as a team to achieve your goals, each bringing our own expertise into the process. I take time to identify and build on your strengths to help create meaningful solutions.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
Through my experience, I am best able to support individuals experiencing depression and anxiety, as well as those navigating perinatal mental health challenges, women’s health concerns, parenting, family conflict, and self-esteem issues. I work best with clients who are motivated to build on their strengths and use them as tools to reach their personal goals.
Eclectic
I believe every client is unique, so the most effective work happens when we meet together and find the approach that fits them best. I draw on my experience with infant mental health principles, CBT, DBT skills, attachment theory, and parenting strategies.
