Hello I am a Hispanic, White, able-bodied, & queer therapist & yoga teacher. My goal in therapy is to co-create a brave space with you to explore your past and current experiences and to dream of your future. I want to help clients embrace all their emotions and trust themselves more. I have seen EMDR & Internal Family systems as therapy tools profoundly change people's lives.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Intake is not like ongoing therapy, so do expect that I will ask a lot about your life and you past. If is ok to not want to talk on a specific subject. We will also discuss what tools we will use in therapy and what sessions will look like moving forward.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I feel I am genuine, honest and open. I won't use therapist voice or try to be a blank slate. I'm a person too and we will feel hard things together but also laugh together.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with those that are open to doing deeper work, perhaps you have already been in therapy before and it helped but there is just more to unpack. I often work with those with trauma history, diagnosis with anxiety or a mood disorder. Also those in life transitions that need support with change.
