I’m a Licensed Psychotherapist with a doctoral degree in Depth Psychotherapy, along with certifications in Hypnotherapy and Creativity Coaching. I offer a collaborative space where healing, self-discovery, and growth are supported through a blend of mindfulness, somatic awareness, and creative exploration. I also draw on Jungian psychology and Internal Family Systems (IFS) Informed "Parts Work" to support you in becoming more aware of unconscious patterns. My approach is grounded, heart-centered, and tailored to each person’s unique path.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In your first session with me, you can expect a welcoming space where you’ll be invited to share what’s bringing you to therapy at your own pace. We’ll explore your current concerns, gather some background, and begin identifying the goals you’d like to work toward. I’ll also introduce how I work—drawing from mindfulness, somatic awareness, and creative approaches—so you have a sense of what our sessions might feel like. Most importantly, the first session is about creating a sense of safety, trust, and collaboration so we can move forward in a way that feels aligned.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
You have an innate capacity for deep healing and vibrant creativity. My work is dedicated to helping you clear the internal noise so you can return to that natural state of flow. Using heart-centered, depth-oriented techniques, we work together to align your external life with your truest self. As a psychotherapist and creativity coach, I provide the space for you to claim your inner authority and live with a renewed sense of purpose and congruence.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I work best with people who are curious, open, and introspective; individuals who are seeking deeper self-understanding and meaningful change. People that may be navigating life transitions, spiritual questions, creative blocks, or career changes. Ideally, you are open to mindfulness, somatic work, and creative expression, and a deep desire to reconnect with their inner wisdom, authenticity, and vitality.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
In therapy, I use mindfulness to help clients develop present-moment awareness and foster a nonjudgmental relationship with their thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations. Mindfulness practices are integrated into sessions through grounding techniques, breath awareness, and gentle inquiry to support emotional regulation, reduce anxiety, and build self-compassion. These tools empower clients to pause, notice patterns, and respond more intentionally in their daily lives.
