New to Grow
Thank you for visiting my profile. I am a holistic therapist with over 20 years of experience supporting women through life transitions, relationship challenges, parenting, neurodiversity, and post-traumatic growth. My work is grounded in deep listening, compassion, and an intuitive understanding of each client's unique inner world. I believe healing happens in the context of feeling truly seen, heard, and understood. My approach is collaborative, strength-based, and integrative, drawing from evidence-based modalities while honoring your unique healing process. I truly believe that you are "your best healer" and the work is about connecting you back to your innate wisdom.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session, we'll spend time getting to know each other. I'll invite you to share what's bringing you in, what you are hoping for, and anything you feel is important about your life right now. There is no pressure to tell your whole story- we move at your pace. I'll be listening closely, asking gentle questions, and together we'll begin to identify what feels most supportive for you. By the end of the session, we'll talk about next steps and what our work together might look like.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
With over 20 years of experience, my holistic therapy approach stands out through deep listening, intuitive understanding, and a commitment to address mind, body, and spirit. I create a safe, compassionate space where clients feel truly heard, supported, and guided towards lasting healing and personal growth. I also offer therapy in German. The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I work best with women across the lifespan, from adolescence and young adults to those navigating midlife and later life transitions. My ideal clients may have been experiencing anxiety, OCD, ADHD, neurodivergence, relationship challenges, parenting stress, trauma-related concerns, or identity shifts related to major life changes, including pre-and post menopausal and postpartum issues. I am especially well-suited for clients who are reflective, curious about themselves, and open to growth. Whether you are seeking relief from distress, or a deeper sense of balance and connection, I aim to meet you where you are and support meaningful, sustainable change.
Compassion Focused
Many people are self-critical, which can create shame, anxiety, or depression. CFT helps balance that inner critic with self-compassion tools.
Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
ACT teaches you to accept your thoughts and emotions while taking actions that align with your values.
Attachment-based
Attachment based therapy helps people become aware of deep relational patterns and develop healthier ways to connect.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
CBT helps us to see how our thoughts, feelings, and actions are connected. By noticing and changing unhelpful patterns, you can feel better and handle challenges more effectively.
Culturally Sensitive Therapy
This therapy is about understanding and respecting your background values and experiences so that the support you get fits your life and culture.
