I pride myself in working with a culturally diverse group of clients. I work with children, adolescents, and adults through individual, couple, and family counseling. My clients are able to meet their treatment goals and successfully complete therapy within a mutually agreed number of sessions. My clients leave the counseling experience with new and improved habits that allow them to live happier, more fulfilling lives. I offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Through this treatment method I teach my clients to identify, examine and replace unhelpful thinking patterns. The goal is to facilitate for clients to improve their mood and to make changes that more closely align with the life they want to live. I'm here to accompany you through this journey. I believe that in this day and age therapy is important. I also believe that we all possess the power to be successful and to live fulfilling lives. My job is to help my clients understand how they can use their own abilities to make it happen.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session we will go over brief introductions, review treatment goals, and begin to build a productive therapeutic relationship.

My strengths as a counselor are that I am empathetic, direct with my methods, and a good listener. I am also able to identify unhelpful thinking patterns and provide solutions to decreasing/eliminating such patterns.

I work with a diverse set of clients. From individuals to couples, I am prepared to service individuals who are ready to make positive changes in their life.
