Hi y'all, I'm Kristen. Do you feel overwhelmed and over-stressed? Do you feel like you are struggling to keep your head above water all the time? I offer a wide variety of evidence based techniques that are individualized to you as a client. I love incorporating in sessions activities and conversation to help get to the root of the problem. Whether you are dealing with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, parenting conflicts, or if your child or teen is struggling with their own issues, I can help. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
After our first initial assessment session we will consider how often and best time of day sessions will work for your schedule. Sessions will be individualized to you and made up of activities, exercises and conversations that will help meet your goals towards success.
What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
I enjoy using components from different evidence base approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Positive Psychology.

I enjoy working with people of all backgrounds and ages, addressing anxiety, depression, trauma related issues, chronic stress, relationship issues and building a more positive sense of self are just a few areas I enjoy working with clients.
