I'm a licensed therapist with a foundation in Jungian and psychodynamic therapy, trained in EMDR, Polyvagal theory, CBT, and attachment-based work. I help individuals make sense of their inner world, navigate trauma, and explore relationship patterns—both past and present. My approach is inclusive, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive, welcoming clients of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and cultural backgrounds. Whether you're seeking healing, clarity, or a deeper connection to yourself, I offer a grounded space for meaningful exploration and change.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, you can expect a warm, open, and nonjudgmental space where we begin to explore what’s bringing you in. I’ll ask about what you’re currently struggling with, what you hope to gain from therapy, and any important pieces of your personal, relational, or cultural history that feel relevant. We’ll move at your pace—there’s no rush to disclose anything before you’re ready. This session is about building trust, understanding your unique needs, and beginning to shape a path forward together.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

One of my greatest strengths as a provider is my ability to create a deeply attuned and grounded space where clients feel safe to explore vulnerable aspects of themselves. I integrate EMDR and somatic techniques to help process trauma in a way that goes beyond talk therapy, while also drawing from Jungian and psychodynamic approaches to explore the symbolic and unconscious patterns shaping your life. I specialize in relational work—helping clients understand the impact of early attachment, family dynamics, and romantic relationships on their current sense of self. For those who seek it, I also welcome conversations around spirituality, meaning, and the deeper questions of existence. My work is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and inclusive of all identities and orientations.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I work best with individuals who are introspective, emotionally attuned—or yearning to be—and ready to explore the deeper patterns that shape their lives. Many of my clients are navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship struggles, or periods of transition. I specialize in helping those who have felt unseen, misunderstood, or overwhelmed by their emotions. I hold space for people from all walks of life, including LGBTQIA+ individuals and those from diverse cultural backgrounds. Whether you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or on the cusp of growth, I offer a space where your inner life can be heard, honored, and transformed.
